WHAT CAN IT BE USED FOR?

Teleconsultation is not for every medical condition. Neither is it for everyone.

Teleconsultation consultations are suitable for patients who are seeing their specialist for a second time, or seeking a second opinion on a medical condition.

Do refer to the FAQs for a list of conditions that telemedicine can help with.

Patients with chronic or mental health conditions are not encouraged to use HiDoc. Symptoms such as bleeding, wounds, fractures, fainting, severe headache or dizziness, numbness, or loss of vision or speech are also not considered suitable for teleconsultation and may require immediate medical attention at your nearest hospital’s Accident & Emergency department.

If in doubt, please see a physical clinic as soon as possible.
