Dr Chua Xiuzhen is a General Paediatrician and a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH, United Kingdom). She graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery and was subsequently conferred the Masters of Paediatric Medicine. She also received certification from the American Board of Medical Specialties (Singapore) and is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Singapore).
While working in the Department of Paediatrics in the National University Hospital (NUH), Dr Chua also actively participated in the education of future doctors and paediatricians. In addition, she was a clinical tutor with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at NUS. In line with her advocacy for children’s health, growth and development, Dr Chua participated in public health screenings and clinical research. She has also published in reputable, peer-reviewed journals and was invited as an oral speaker at an international platform.
